Unused and unopened product that are returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or minimum of $10. Products that have been opened or used may not be returned. Defective product or any errors on behalf of Chinaberry Tree may be return without a fee. All returns must be received within 3 business days.
Local Delivery Schedule
Orders placed within the Grand Strand area Monday thru Friday will be delivered by end of the next business day. Accounts outside this area will be delivered on a scheduled day. (Ask your account manager for your delivery schedule)
Expedited Local Delivery Fee
If you need to receive your order on the same day there will be an expedited deliver fee of **$10 for orders under $500. Orders must be called in by 1 pm to qualify for same day delivery. Your order will be placed on our fast track system which will guarantee delivery by the end of same day. Accounts outside the Grand Strand area do not qualify for same day delivery. (Self pick up at warehouse anytime with no additional fees)
If you need to place an order on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday you will need to place a minimum order of $250 and will be subject to a **$20 delivery fee. You may schedule an appointment to pick up your order at our warehouse and the delivery fee will be waived.
Monthly statements will start arriving on a monthly basis on approximately the 5th of each month. You have the option to pay by mail, giving a check to your account manager, and you may now pay online via ACH/e-Check. Payments received 15 days after the due date will be subject to a 1% late fee. Payments received 45 days past the due date will be subject to a 3% late fee. Payments received 60 days past the due date will be subject to a 5% late fee. Any accounts that move into collections will also owe any and all legal fees required to obtain payment
